Description
Design and construct/install resilient and sustainable improvements to streets and the pedestrian realm within the historic Third Ward area. Construction of pavement, reinforced concrete curb and gutter, minimum 5' ADA sidewalks, wheelchair ramps, driveways, special landscaping, public utilities, historic/cultural elements, enhanced street lighting; Tuam Street (Emancipation Ave to Sauer St.), Anita Street (Emancipation Ave to Saur St.), Rosalie Street, (Live Oak Street to Ennis Street), Francis Street (Live Oak Street to Paige Street), St. Charles Street (Alabama to Holman & Stuart to Rosalie)
