Description

TIRZ #7 is undertaking street and drainage improvements in the historic Third Ward community to address aging infrastructure, improve safety, and enhance neighborhood resilience. Many streets currently rely on open roadside ditches, limited pedestrian facilities, and outdated lighting that can create barriers to accessibility, mobility, and effective stormwater management. The limits of construction are Hadley Street from Emancipation Ave to Sauer Street and Mchlhenny Street from Emancipation Ave to Delano Street.
