Description
Design upgrades and additional amenities to the Park at Palm Center to improve functionality and increase park usage including the following: parcel addition to be developed into an urban/garden in honor of First Lady Michelle Obama's organic garden program; additional recreational amenities for children; shade structures; enhanced landscaping; outdoor performance area with electrical outlets and designated opportunity areas for public art including new media art.
